Please be aware that as of Tuesday 2nd April the turn around time for prescriptions will be changing to 5 workings days

We cannot accept prescription request over the phone.

However, you can also request repeat medication in the following ways: 

1. Sign up and request via the app My Local Pharmacy 
2. Sign up to Online Access and request via your chosen provider - The NHS App, Patient Access, Evergreen Life etc. 
3. Your local chemist can manage your prescriptions for you. Sign up to this service directly with the chemist.
4. Hand your request into Reception, post through the surgery letter box or send via post.

All prescription requests can take up to 72 hours to process (3 working days) [changing to 5 working days on 2nd April] until they reach the chemist, so please contact the chemist after this time to see if your prescription is ready for collection.
