Everyone Counts Survey

Every four years the CCG gathers evidence of progress on equality and inclusion, and on the basis of this evidence, assesses how well the CCG is doing using a framework called the Equality Delivery System (EDS2).

To support this process, we have developed a survey to capture the views of local patients.

Please could we ask for your support to:

  • Complete the survey and/or
  • Share the link to the survey through your networks, newsletters and so on.

The survey will close on 22 March 2019.

The Practice is fortunate in having three primary care trained nursing sisters, two primary care trained nurses and a advanced nurse practitioner to provide treatment and consultation services. Our practice nursing sisters may be consulted on a range of general health issues and can advise on the practical aspects of dealing with many illnesses. Sister Swinburn has undergone training in family planning. They are able to undertake general health screening including the taking of cervical smears. They are available to advise about health aspects of foreign travel and to carry out foreign travel immunization. They assist the doctors with the care of long-term illnesses including heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, diabetes and advice about special diets.

Appointments with one of the nursing sisters are available most mornings and most afternoons at both surgeries.
